National Day of Prayer - 2008 - Desert Hot Springs
Approximately 40 people gathered
at noon at the "Hot Springs Park" at the corner of Palm and 8th to offer
up prayer on Thursday, May 1, 2008
A great spot overlooking the city of Desert Hot Springs. Thank God
for the freedom to gather to pray for our nation in public, a privilege not
allowed to believers in many countries of the world.
 Pastor Paul Miller
(Christ Lutheran) led in prayer for the government; Retired Baptist Pastor
Steve Petro led in prayer for our media; Pastor Lorna Lazovsky (Desert
Christian Fellowship) led in prayer for the church, as well as leading those
gathered in America and God Bless America
Pastor Dan Belonio (7th Day Adventist Church) led
in prayer for education
